Dublin, Ireland’s capital city has a wealth of attractions, most within walking distance of each other and being located on St. Stephen’s Green you are in the heart of the action. A building boom in the mid-18th century gave the city its magnificent Georgian Squares and buildings such as Leinster House, the Old Library at Trinity College and the Bank of Ireland.

Next it is the towering cliffs, golden beaches and rocky headlands which abound in Donegal with Lough Eske well placed to explore the county, particularly its rugged coastline and small seaside resorts. Then to Cong in the western province of Connaught which lives up to its image as a traditional, rural and sparsely populated land speckled with low stone walls and peat bogs. You are not far from Galway whose youthful population brings life to the medieval streets and snug pubs. On your last night you nestle in the midst of the finest gardens in Ireland, both for their design and dramatic setting.
