On the 3rd morning go to the local Hertz office and collect your Ford Mondeo or similar car in good time before heading for the countryside and a voyage of discovery. After 2 nights in Dublin's 'Fair City' head north thru' the Boyne Valley and the Mourne Mountains to Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. Continue along the north Antrim Coast via the Giant's Causeway to the highlands of Donegal and then via Sligo into rugged Connemara.  End your tour at Shannon but not before visiting Galway or viewing the Cliffs of Moher.
